How to log into multiple Facebook accounts at once without getting logged out

Multiple isolated Facebook tabs inside AxioSession

If you manage several Facebook Pages or personal accounts, the usual approach is to log out and back in, or run a second browser (Firefox, Edge...) for each account. That's slow, and both browsers still share the same device fingerprint and home IP, which makes it easy for Facebook to link your accounts together. AxioSession solves this by isolating real cookies per tab, inside a single Chrome window.

⚡ Key takeaways

  • ✓ Each AxioSession "session" has its own cookie jar — Facebook sees every tab as a different browser.
  • ✓ The Free plan supports up to 3 sessions at once, enough for most individual users.
  • ✓ Creating a new session always opens a blank tab — you type facebook.com yourself and log in, with no leftover cookies or URL from before.
  • ✓ A small on-page badge plus a [S1]/[S2] tab-title prefix tell you which account you're on at a glance.

  1. Step 1: Create a session for your second Facebook account
  2. Step 2: Switch between accounts without ever logging out
  3. Why this is safer than repeatedly logging in and out

Step 1: Create a session for your second Facebook account

After installing AxioSession, click the toolbar icon to open the popup. On the "Sessions" tab, click Create new (top-right of the session list).

In the dialog, give it a recognizable name (e.g. "Facebook - Shop A"), pick the Facebook icon from the icon row, leave Proxy on "Use home network (Direct IP)" if you don't need a dedicated proxy yet, then click Create session.

Chrome opens a fresh blank tab belonging to that new session. Type facebook.com and log into your second account as usual.

Step 2: Switch between accounts without ever logging out

You now have two Facebook tabs: the original (default session) and the new one. Both stay logged in; neither kicks the other out.

Need another tab for the same second account (say, to check messages while posting)? Use Open tab in same session in the popup — the new tab automatically carries that session, no reselecting needed.

Switching back is as simple as clicking the other Chrome tab. Each tab's cookies always match the account that was logged into it.

Why this is safer than repeatedly logging in and out

Facebook treats frequent login/logout cycles from the same device as a signal worth flagging. With AxioSession, each account keeps a stable session in its own tab — no logout event ever happens when you switch between them.

The mechanism underneath isn't a cosmetic trick — AxioSession uses Chrome's own declarativeNetRequest API to rewrite the outgoing Cookie header per (tab, hostname) pair, so two tabs both open to facebook.com genuinely send two different cookie sets to Facebook's servers.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to use Incognito mode? ↓

No. AxioSession works in your regular Chrome window — Incognito doesn't actually isolate multiple logged-in accounts across several tabs the way AxioSession does.

What happens when I run out of 3 free sessions? ↓

Delete sessions you no longer need, or upgrade to the Starter/Growth/Power plan right in the popup's "Pricing" tab to unlock unlimited sessions.

Do sessions survive closing the browser? ↓

Your session list and cookie jars are kept. Which tab belongs to which session resets with each new browser session — just reopen the tab from the popup to re-attach it to the right account.
